The Process
Foundations
The first three months of our program will see you take your cosmo school knowledge to the next level. From perfecting your precision cutting to a deep dive of color techniques, this jumpstart to your career will pay dividends for years to come. Your day will also consist of assisting in the salon, shampooing and other tasks related to salon life.
Advanced Hands On
This part of the program pairs you with a mentor who you will work with daily. This allows you to learn first hand how a successful stylist works while getting one on one training. Your classes become more advanced now and you will also begin taking customers with our student pricing.
Hands in Hair
Our clients expect the best, so we train you to be the best. This next part of the program has you taking clients more frequently with our student pricing while still taking advanced classes and assisting your mentor. Our goal is to challenge you as you learn.
Final Launch
Once you have tested out, showing off your skills and passion, we promote you to Protegé stylist, an official level in our menu of services where you take guests and officially begin your hairdressing career at Tangerine.
